TaxoPress has a feature that allows you to quickly remove terms from your content.
You will find this feature on the “Manage Terms” screen in TaxoPress. This feature works for any WordPress taxonomy.
Add terms to all posts #
This feature allows you to remove a term to every post on your site. In the image below, I’m removing the term “security” from every post.
- Click “Remove”.
- You’ll see a message confirming that the term was added to all posts:
Remove terms to posts with specific terms #
The “Remove terms” feature also allows you to add a term to only a post that already has a specific term. For example, you could automatically remove “Vegetables” as a term from any post that already has “Carrots”, “Spinach” or “Cabbages” as a term.
- In the image below, I’m removing the term “Food” from any post which already has the terms “Carrots”.
- Click “Add”.
