TaxoPress has a feature that allows you to quickly add terms to your content.

You will find this feature on the “Manage Terms” screen in TaxoPress. This feature works for any WordPress taxonomy.

Add terms to all posts #

This feature allows you to add a term to every post on your site. In the image below, I’m adding the term “Tomato” to every post.

  • Click “Add”.
  • You’ll see a message confirming that the term was added to all posts:

Add terms to posts with specific terms #

The “Add terms” feature also allows you to add a term to only a post that already has a specific term. For example, you could automatically add “Vegetables” as a term to any post that already has “Carrot”, “Spinach” or “Cabbage” as a term.

  • In the image below, I’m adding the term “Carrots” to any post which already has the terms “Potatoes” or “Cabbage”.
  • Click “Add”.
