TaxoPress Refund Policy

We are happy to provide refunds for TaxoPress customers. We do reserve the right to deny refunds for any reason.

For new purchases, here are the steps:

  1. If you are having an issue with the plugin, open a support ticket and talk with our support team. If the problem can’t be resolved, go to the next step.
  2. Check the date: refund requests must be within 30 days of the original purchase.
  3. To request a refund, please open a support ticket.
  4. We will send the refund, minus 10% for payment processor fees.

For renewals, here are the steps:

  1. We send you reminder emails 2 weeks before all renewals.
  2. Check the date: refund requests must be within 30 days of the subscription renewal.
  3. To request a refund, please open a support ticket.
  4. We will send the refund, minus 10% for payment processor fees.

Please note that canceling your subscription is different from a requesting a refund. Canceling indicates “I do not want auto renew enabled on my account” and does not indicate “I want a refund”.
